Transition to Continuous Publication Model

From 2021 to 2025, the International Journal of Plant Based Pharmaceuticals (IJPBP) was published twice a year, in June and December. Starting from 2026, IJPBP has transitioned to a continuous publication model: accepted manuscripts will now be published online immediately and continuously as soon as they complete the production process, rather than being held for a fixed issue date. Articles published throughout the year will be compiled into the relevant annual volume at the end of each year. Additional thematic special issues may continue to be published as needed, upon approval of the Editorial Board.

This transition allows the journal to disseminate accepted research more rapidly and to respond more flexibly to the flow of submissions, while maintaining the same rigorous double-anonymized peer review standards. Authors, reviewers, and readers are encouraged to review the updated Author Guidelines for further details.
